Valérie Ouazan
Valérie was sworn in on January 3, 2005. She joined the firm as an associate in May 2009 and became a partner in January 2013.
Valérie advises the firm's loyal clientele, which includes institutional players, family offices and real estate investment funds, as well as renowned pastry, restaurant and furniture chains, commercial companies in all business sectors, and private individuals.
She advises clients on all aspects of their real estate transactions: sale and/or acquisition of real estate assets, transfer of leasehold rights and/or business assets, sale and/or acquisition of company shares; and litigation: forced sales, commercial lease disputes (setting revised or renewed rents, setting eviction or occupancy indemnities, etc.), rental charges, indexation, insolvency proceedings.
Valérie is also registered with the Paris Bar Association as a real estate transaction agent.

She provides training in commercial leases for companies, specialized training organizations and institutions.
Since 2021, Valérie has also been a lecturer in commercial lease law in the Master 2 programme Structures et techniques juridiques des affaires at the Faculty of Law and Political Science, Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines-Paris Saclay.
Training :
Valérie holds a DEA in civil and commercial contracts, a DESS in e-commerce law and a MASTER in financial and tax engineering from ESCP.

Valérie enjoys combat sports, skiing and golf. She also enjoys discovering the world through travel.
