Commercial Rents Index (ILC)
The Indice des Loyers Commerciaux (ILC) is an index published by INSEE on the basis of which commercial lease rents are indexed or revised. It is a basket of indices composed of changes in consumer prices, construction costs and retail sales.
Construction Cost Index (ICC)
The Construction Cost Index (ICC) is an index published by INSEE, the French National Institute for Statistics and Economic Studies, on the basis of which commercial lease rents are indexed. It is the index based on changes in building construction costs.
Index of rents for commercial activities (ILAT)
The Indice des Loyers des Activités Tertiaires (ILAT) is an index published by INSEE on the basis of which commercial lease rents are indexed for tertiary activities. It is based on a basket of indices reflecting changes in consumer prices, construction costs and services.
Rent Reference Index (IRL)
The Indice de Référence des Loyers (IRL) is an index published by INSEE, the French National Institute for Statistics and Economic Studies, used to index rents for residential leases. It is based on changes in consumer prices.
Land registry
The land registry is a public register that lists and describes landholdings in a given territory. It enables parcels to be identified and their geometry to be consulted, and provides useful information for taxation, town planning and real estate transactions.

The SIRENE website enables you to consult and search for information on companies and establishments in France. It brings together official data from the national register of companies, such as their identifier (SIREN), activity, location and legal status.
Infogreffe
Infogreffe is the official website of the commercial court registries in France. It enables you to consult and obtain legal and financial information on companies, such as balance sheets, articles of association, official deeds or court rulings concerning companies.
